The Prestige 12S She Dives from Mares is the new regulator devoted to women. The Prestige 12S is compact and elegant designed for demanding female divers who frequently dive in difficult conditions and who want a regulator that is reliable. It provides maximum comfort and is suitable for travel due to its light weight and compact form.
The Prestige 12S provides effortless, natural breathing due to it's Fluid Dynamic Deflector and Vortex assisted design. The VAD in the second stage allows air to be conveyed to the mouthpiece via a swirling vortex with a low pressure centre which keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation providing easy breathing at all depths.

- Tri material valve to optimize performance, safety and reliability. The brass valve is covered with a hard PU and the head is layed molecularly with a softer PU which together makes the valve incredibly durable.
- All metal technology for the second stage allows for superior performance compared to plastic second stages. This allows better thermal conductivity which limits the freezing effect and provides a longer working life and less of a dry mouth during breathing.
- DFC or Dynamic Flow Control minimises the intermediate pressure drop during inhalation which makes it possible to use a simpler second stage.
- Vortex Assisted Design ensures the air bypass tube conveys air to the mouthpiece creatign a swirling vortex with low pressure centre that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation for easier breathing at depth.
- A mesh grid on the second stage reduces pressure of water flowing onto the diaphragm and minimises freeflow. Even in strong currents it will eliminate the need for a knob to detune your air delivery system to stop it free flowing.
- Fluid Dynamic Deflector has been engineered to receive and direct airflow from the bypass tube to the mouthpiece and is combined with the VAD to give excellent breathing results.
- The included Superflex hose is light weight, can be used in extreme conditions and has superb softness which allows freedom of movement. Mares Superflex hoses far surpass the EN250 standards.
